Text messaging, also known as SMS, is one of the methods that the Rip City Refrigeration uses to communicate with customers. 

When opting in to receive SMS message. Rip City Refrigeration will send text message notifications for:  

• For confirming appointment times

• To reschedule appointment times

• An order you placed was recieved

• When a technician is on their way to your service location

•  Reminders to schedule for equipment maintenance

•  If an invoice is due or past due

• To send quotes for services

• To obtain service location and contact information.

A mobile number is required to receive text messages. We are unable to send text messages to landlines at this time, and we are only able to send to one mobile number per customer. By agreeing to receive text messages, you acknowledge that standard text messaging rates from your wireless carrier may apply. All costs related with receiving a text message are the responsibility of the individual receiving the messages. Check with your cellphone provider for details on receiving text messages. You may opt out of the texting service using one of the following methods: 

•  Contact Rip City Refrigeration to remove the phone number given for text message notifications. 

•  After receiving a message, text STOP to stop receiving messages. 

• Filling out the SMS Message OPT-IN form with "STOP" located here.

You will receive a confirmation text. You can undo this action by texting START  in order to begin receiving messages again. For additional assistance, contact us at customer_service@rchrc.com.
